(More) About Me

My therapeutic style embraces the absurd wonders of life and its indeterminacy. Humor and awkwardness are natural parts of my style. I value authenticity, and that often means welcoming awkwardness, laughter, and the unexpected into our sessions!

More personally, I enjoy experiencing nature, hiking, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and reading (non-fiction, fantasy, manga, and sci-fi — I am a bit of a nerd). I will talk non stop about collecting fountain pens, magic the gathering cards, and vinyl records. I can’t help smiling uncontrollably and laughing in loud bursts when with friends.

My practice is also heavily influenced by my upbringing as a first-gen college student and my experiences in a large Puerto Rican family.

Current sessions are being conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for my telehealth practice.

In-person sessions will be available starting Early 2026.
