Hello, my name is Chris
I work with individuals, couples, and relationship partners focusing on neurodiversity, ADHD, ASD, managing anxiety, burn out, and life transitions.

More personally, I enjoy getting outside, hiking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and reading (non-fiction, fantasy, manga, and sci-fi — I am a bit of a nerd). I can, and will, talk non stop about collecting fountain pens, magic the gathering cards, retro game consoles, and vinyl records.

My therapeutic style embraces the absurd wonders of life and its indeterminacy. Humor and awkwardness are natural parts of my style. I value being direct and collaborative ~ that often means welcoming awkwardness, laughter, and the unexpected into our sessions. My clinical experience spans behavioral, forensic, and community health settings prior to establishing my private practice.
My practice is also heavily influenced by my upbringing as a first-gen college student and my experiences in a large Puerto Rican family.
