Therapy for Teens, Individuals, and Relationships
Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I offer collaborative, relational therapy for teens, adults, couples, and relationship partners. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, a major life transition, relationship difficulties, or simply feel stuck in patterns you want to understand, therapy can be a place to explore what is happening and create meaningful change.
If you are interested in engaging in therapy I would suggest scheduling a free phone or zoom consultation to check in and see if we are the right fit! Therapy is conducted in person, in Belltown (2200 6th Ave. Seattle, WA 98121) or via a HIPAA compliant Zoom.
Please note that payment from insurance companies is not accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service; however, a portion of the cost of services may be reimbursed by the insurance company directly to the patient. We will provide you with the appropriate paperwork (monthly superbill) to submit a claim with your insurance company. We accept all major credit or debit cards.
